When does ProjectShare.com collect my personally
identifiable information?
ProjectShare.com gathers information from users and visitors primarily
in four ways: voluntary registration, uploading content or
Desktop-specific software applications ("Applications"),
cookie technology and IP addresses. Wherever we collect personal
information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy
Statement on that page.
Registration. When you register as a user of ProjectShare.com, we
collect information which helps us to identify you. The more information
you provide, the better we are able to customize our services and your
experience to suit your needs and preferences. At the initial registration
screen we ask for your name, a user name, password and email address.
Other specific services available through our site may have additional
registration requirements and may require you to provide additional
information. For example, at your option you may choose to use our
automatic login service, where you would instruct and authorize us to
submit your name and password to other sites for which you are registered
so that you are no longer required to manually enter them. If you elect to
use our Auto Login Service, we will need you to provide the appropriate
name and password for an individual site. On occasion, we may also collect
additional personal information if you choose to participate in a
promotion or complete a survey form.
Uploading Content. ProjectShare.com will not collect any personal
information from private files you store on the service. Our users may
upload or post content and Applications onto ProjectShare.com's site to
share them with other users of our service.
IP Address. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your
computer automatically when you use the Internet. When you visit a
particular Web page in the ProjectShare.com Web site, our servers log your
IP address. We may log IP addresses for the purposes of systems
administration or to report information in aggregate form to our
advertisers (e.g., how many visitors logged in to our Web site). We also
use IP addresses to monitor user traffic patterns and site usage to help
us further develop and improve our Web site and our services. We do not

How is my personal information used?

Other services.
ProjectShare.com collects some information in specific applications or
interactions within ProjectShare.com. These include:
- Recommend-it. The Recommend-it application allows you to send a
quick message to a friend or colleague about ProjectShare.com. The
e-mail address you supply for this friend or colleague will only be
used in this one instance - it is not saved in any database and no
further communication will be sent from ProjectShare.com
- Feedback Form. The information in the feedback form is requested to
assist us in identifying opportunities to improve the service. It also
provides context for any type of feedback you may provide. In most
instances, a customer service representative will contact you with
thanks or answers to any questions you may pose, which is why the
e-mail address is required. This information is not used in any other
manner.
- Survey. This information is gathered to help us improve our service.
The e-mail address here is not required; please provide it only if you
are interested in being contacted and in potentially serving as a
customer reference. The survey information is only analyzed in
aggregate and is not connected to any other individual information.
Who does ProjectShare.com share information with?
We may share user information in order to provide you with a more
integrated and customized user experience within our site. In general, we
will not disclose your personally identifiable information to third

have explicitly requested (such as the Auto Login Service), or under

password. We strongly recommend you memorize this information and not

have access to your password at ProjectShare.com. Only a small set of our
team at ProjectShare.com has access to our servers, which are protected by
passwords that are changed regularly. All employees are legally bound from
sharing any sensitive material and regularly notified of this primary

You may edit your ProjectShare.com Account Information by contacting
ProjectShare.com Customer Service at support@ProjectShare.com. You may
edit your public ProjectShare.com Profile by using your ProjectShare.com
username and password to access your account.
Your ProjectShare.com account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing
so will result in not being able to access any portion of the
ProjectShare.com service, including information you may have saved there.
Please contact support@ProjectShare.com for further instructions about
deleting or deactivating your ProjectShare.com account. Residual
information with breaches are noted and analyzed on a case by case basis.
What else should I know about my privacy?
You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal

used by others. We do not control the actions of our visitors or our
users. If you disclose personal information in any content or Applications
uploaded or posted by you, or in a chat session, bulletin board, or any
other publicly accessible place in the ProjectShare.com site, you do so at
